What began as a spark of inspiration during a father-son stroll through Estes Park, Colorado, has blossomed into a magical journey of transforming classic treats into crispy, flavor-packed bites. Gil discovered that with the right technique, gummy bears, Skittles, and caramels could become something extraordinary – light, crunchy, and bursting with intense flavor.

Dad provided the technical know-how, helping Gil set up the freeze-drying process and navigate the world of small business (and they both taught each other something about using AI). But the real magic? That's all Gil – his creativity, passion, and pure love of candy.
